Had a fantastic Easter break in a hotel with a brilliant location, ski in and ski out! Loved the convenience of the nearby ski lifts and child-friendly area, perfect for our 3-year-old. Breakfast offered a variety of well-prepared options and we enjoyed the pizza and wings for dinner. The staff were exceptional and attentive to our needs throughout our stay.

the room was spacious, modern, immaculate, and comfortable. the bathroom was well, equipped and spotless. the staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, offering exceptional service. Breakfast was generous and satisfying, with a wide variety of high, quality options. There were no issues with the water supply, and the vending machines were always available. the hotel offered facilities such as a ski room and drying room for my convenience.
Sadly, there was no shuttle service to transport luggage back to the train station after check, out.

Great location for skiing with rental on site and a snowmobile shuttle to the gondola every hour. the breakfast was excellent with a focus on western options, and the sento was fantastic for sore muscles after hitting the slopes all day. the relaxed atmosphere is ideal for families or groups of friends, and the ski instructor was top, notch.
Some staff were not well, trained, as evidenced by their lack of assistance when a guest was injured outside the hotel. the shuttle was not well, coordinated, and we were given incorrect information at the front desk.
